RFI Engineering announces RFI America
Almere, Alexandria, February 15, 2011
RFI Engineering, a leading manufacturer of smart data solutions,
intelligent port controllers and remote management accessories,
announced the opening of RFI America in Alexandria, Virginia, a
well-situated Washington DC suburb. The head office will provide
sales and support for customers of RFI Engineering’s smart
router solutions in North America and Latin America.
Robert Veltman has been appointed President and General Manager
for North America and Latin America, and will be responsible for
all sales activities and supervision and support for the firm’s
customers in the region. The strategic imperative is to lead a
profitable and accelerated sales growth, significantly expanding
current business.

Robert’s career experience covers over 30 years of private and
government telecommunication industry assignments, in the USA,
Europe, South America and the former Soviet Union. Robert has
held top management positions with Motorola, (participated on
the team that developed the cellular telephone), Satellite
Business Systems (SBS), MCI, Andrew Corporation, The Wireless
Communications Association International (WCAI) and the Federal
Systems Group.
RFI America will be located at 424 South Washington Street,
Alexandria, VA 2231.
